In the Kaliningrad region of the Russian Federation to build the first plant for the production of whiskey

First near Kaliningrad in Russia for production of distillate Viskova plant can be built. Regional authorities have supported the project in the framework of improving the investment climate in the region.

It is reported that the volume of investment in this project will amount to 13 million euros.

According to Igor Kudryavtsev investor, the creation of this plant will create significant export potential. According to him, it can provide 35% of the Russian demand for whiskey.

Currently, all manufacturers that supply this product in the country, pay customs duty, which makes the new project competitive.
