Gazprom and OMV signed a framework agreement on small-scale LNG in the Black Sea

"Gazprom" and Austria's OMV in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum signed a framework agreement on the small-scale LNG in the Black Sea, he told Trend. TASS reported from the signing ceremony.

Document was signed by the head of "Gazprom" Alexei Miller and the head of OMV Rainer Seele.

"According to the document, the parties intend to cooperate in the implementation of joint integrated project for the construction in the area of ​​the Russian Black Sea coast for the production, transportation, and marketing and sales of small-scale LNG terminal," - the press service of "Gazprom".

OMV - the main partner of "Gazprom" in Austria. Companies cooperate in the field of production, transportation and gas supplies.
