OPEC's deal did not take place

Oil prices rise on hopes of a successful transaction OPEC to limit production, but SEB analyst Bjarne Shildrop believes that no deal will not. Iranian and Iraqi oil production problems have been discussed for six months and can not be resolved in one meeting, said Shildrop.
